ALDAcon 2009 Roommate Match Service
If you need a roommate, please email the following information to Roommate Match:
The Roommate Match service is for ALDAcon 2009 attendees who will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport, want a roommate, and are not arranging for one on their own.
- Your name, gender, contact information (e-mail, telephone/TTY, or whatever other info you use)
- Which NIGHTS you will be staying at the Doubletree (e.g., Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
- Whether you already have a "double" room reservation in your name
- Any ADA accommodations or other considerations you require
Financial arrangements will be made between the ALDAcon 2009 attendees who agree to room together, and are typically expected to be split 50-50 between roommates.
Angie Fugo, who will be arranging the matches, thoroughly enjoyed her first ALDAcon last year (Chicago). Not knowing anyone prior to the ‘con, she was glad to meet and share a room with a super ALDAn from across the country (Seattle), and she is looking forward to helping make ALDAcon a memorable experience for you.
